I began this business during quarantine. Although family, homecooking, and charm has always been a part of my core; like many, this grew during 2020. I fell in love with baking my olive oil cake and wanted to share it with friends and family. It soon became evident that it would be difficult to touch everyones' tastebuds while continuing my full time accounting position. I decided to take a leap and start baking full time!
